Last week an opportunity arose for the children and I to escape to the wilds of Delaware. We left on Monday afternoon to go and visit Nana and Poppy. It was a lovely trip, we went beaching in 75 degree weather....

and thrifting (we acquired a lovely plate, white to the knee tube socks and 2 inspiring books....one is a photo history of ships and the other is a Mother's Almanac from the mid-seventies)
